Project: Knowlagent, a leader in Call Center training and management SaaS (service as a software), needed a reorganization and redesign to their site to go from informative, brochureware to actionable lead generation.
Scope: Reskinned the entire site with a fresh new look from Dangar Design. Integrated marketing automation systems and lead capture throughout including custom segmentation for each of their solutions and product sizes.
Check it Out: Great new design! .NET implmentation with FULL CSS support. Custom multi-level navigation at the top.

Project: Today, ClickFox is the only company in the marketplace offering a comprehensive cross channel solution capable of easily aggregating data from all customer touch points and from other limited analytics sources, such as speech analytics, web analytics, quality monitoring, agent scoring, workforce optimization and beyond. By transcending a limited single channel view, ClickFox's Customer Experience Analytics (CEA) solution uniquely enables enterprises to understand the "total customer experience" across all customer interaction channels - to connect the dots and make sense of the complex choices of customer interactions that drive revenues, loyalty, and defections.
Scope: Reskinned the entire site with a fresh new look from Dangar Design. Add new areas on the home page for managing featured news and downloadable content. Extend an existing CMS tool to provide enhanced functions for current modules and create new modules for further client control of the ongoing site management. Develop a lead generation process for capturing data and integrating with existing marketing automation and CRM tools.

Project: Avenue A/Razorfish, an international interactive agency with offices in Atlanta, was preparing a usability study prior to the development and launch of Cingular's new personal and business web site and needed a 1 week turnaround for a prototype to meet the needs of their testing scenarios.
Scope: ALL HTML, Javascript, CSS, and AJAX programming. per a predetermined script. All graphic production from static designs. Limited interactivity to support a controlled testing environment.
Check it Out: DHTML submenu with full CSS support. Slide out mini shopping cart at the top right. Lots of pretty, pretty cell phone photographs.

Project: The world leader in phonetic media search and analysis wanted to overhaul their existing site, without changing their design aesthetic....oh and they wanted to maintain their site without having to become 'web monkeys'. We gave it an overhaul and set them up with a suite of tools to manage everything from event schedules to press releases to executive biographies.
Scope: Reorganized site map and removed lots of duplicate pages and code. Converted their entire site to PHP and added a MySQL database to house their content and set them up with a suite of management tools. Integrated front-end display code for all managed content. Developed dynamic Flash multimedia elements for their homepage. Developed a site search capability. Continue to manage ongoing updates with Marketing Team.....and much, much more!

Project: Professional Organizer, Suellen Germani, needed a web site. Like many service organizations, I asked her, "Why do you need a web site?" We created a site to serve her business goals as an organizer and motivational speaker and to support her affiliate relationships with product vendors.
Scope: Programmed EVERYTHING on the site from concept designs by Dangar Design. Lots of PHP, HTML and CSS. Conceived and executed her introduction Flash page. Produced all graphics and multimedia. Developed a suite of content management tools so she could maintain 90% of her site on her own.
Check it Out: Dynamic content via web content management tools. Killer flash introduction. Mini-survey and contact form for helping her web prospects select services and schedule appointments. Integrated RSS feed for her Blog 'Better Organized'.

Company: Direct Import Services
Project: Direct Import Services specializes in the manufacturing and importing of high-end institutional furnishings for schools, hospitals and campus properties. Their proven logistics approach to importing has made them a big player in the Southeast.
Scope: Developed the entire site from design comps provided by Golev-Miller. Built and integrated custom content management tools for managing news articles, products and product categories. Also implemented a 'client' login area for sharing and collaborating on important business documents among customers and team members.
Check it Out: Great design and branding from scratch! Search Friendly URL directives throughout. CSS implementation with some cool javascript interface.

Group: Daddy A Go Go
Project: Rockin' at-home dad with a penchant for good kids rock music, backed by the next generation.
Scope: Programmed EVERYTHING on the site, reorganized the existing content and developed the site from concept designs by Dangar Design. Lots of PHP, HTML and CSS. Produced all graphics and multimedia. Developed a suite of content management tools so he could maintain 90% of his site on his own. WENT DYNAMIC with the use of a MySQL database and reduced the number of files that he needed to maintain on his webserver from hundreds to about a dozen.
Check it Out: Dynamic content via web content management tools. Created a Music Preview page for his 6 CDs worth of tunes including mp3 samples, lyrics, and direct links to buy from Amazon, CDBaby, and iTunes.

Company: Collette McDonald & Associates
Project: Atlanta Realtor, Collette McDonald needed an update to her site to better manage her listings, blogging entries and video clips from her various television appearances. We created a web 2.0 experience in line with her forward thinking ideas and personality.
Scope: Programmed EVERYTHING on the site from concept designs by Dangar Design. Lots of PHP, HTML and CSS. Integrated her site with a Wordpress installation, complete with custom theme, to support a hosted blog and seemless web experience. We also used some PHP magic to tightly integrate her MLS listings with a third party service that had limited API capabilities. The result; a clean, well organized site that she can manage on her own, even in the midst of her busy schedule.

Custom Blog headline javascript to feature recent posts. Links to social networking sites. Multilevel javascript menu for accessing all pages from anywhere in the site.

Project: Accounting and financial services company specializing in financial accouting, tax accounting and tax incentive laws for entrepreneurs in Metro Atlanta.
Scope: Developed a brand new site from the ground up including, content strategy, information architecture and customized template design,

Company: Spectrum Group, Inc.
Project: The Spectrum Group has been providing commercial cleaning services for the past decade and was preparing to launch a brand new mold remediation division. They needed to create a web site from scratch to help educate their customers on the risks of mold in the home, feature their exclusive "non-destructive" mold remediation process, and allow visitors to contact their mold remediation professionals quickly in order to set up appointments.
Scope: Concept, Design and Production of look and feel, ALL PHP, HTML, Javascript and CSS programming.
Check it Out: The 'Mold in your home' interactive educational floor plan. Integration of mold resources, CDC and EPA articles to support customer decision process. The '5-minute Mold Survey' and at-home assessment.

Project: StratosInteractive, the world's leader in interactive RDS radio applications, was preparing to launch their worldwide application and needed a web site in line with their company's amazing technology.
Scope: Concept, Design and Production of look and feel, ALL PHP, HTML, Javascript and CSS programming. Direct integration with their Broadcaster, Advertiser, and Listener Applications.
Development of administrative tools for managing content.

Project:Web site that visually features past projects, an FAQ resource for gathering information, and a means to qualify leads and deliver them through the web site.
Scope:Production design from concepts provided by a designer, ALL Flash animation, Actionscripting, and multimedia. PHP programming to support Flash based form entries.

Company: Cherokee County Historical Society (Non-profit Historical Preservation Organization)
Project: Take an existing HTML-based web site and make it more "activity" centered for their visitors, as well as locating new hosting environment and server clean-up .
Scope: Production design based on the existing look, creation of web-based contact forms, NEW e-commerce capability from 'mail order' brochure layout, re-organization and translation to CSS styles throughout.

Company: Five Star Photography Studio - Atlanta
Project: Establish a web presence for a photography studio/apartment serving professional photographer in the Atlanta Metro area and the southeast. Provide a glimpse at the studio facilities and pricing for prospects on the internet.
Scope: Design and production of the entire site using HTML, Javascript, PHP, and CSS, creation of web-based contact forms, integration of video and VR assets into web site framework.
